When you purchase an ebook or digital resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read and use it for yourself. Digital files may not be copied, shared, resold, or uploaded to any other service. Download links are intended for the purchaser only.

Print editions are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. If a book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right. Because digital products are delivered immediately, ebook and download sales are generally final, but if you have trouble accessing a file we will work with you to resolve it.

Submitting a coaching application does not create a coaching agreement. Enrollment is by mutual agreement, and program details, scheduling, and fees are confirmed directly with you before any commitment.
